Our core service. A ride-on laser screed strikes off, vibrates, and levels concrete in a single pass using a rotating laser as the grade reference. The result is a slab that holds tight FF (flatness) and FL (levelness) numbers across the entire placement — not just near the screed rails. Large daily placements mean fewer construction joints, less handwork, and a schedule your GC can actually build around.
Slab-on-grade floors built for real loads: pallet racking, forklift and reach-truck traffic, heavy equipment, and cold storage. We handle reinforcement placement, vapor barrier, jointing layout, and finish selection so the floor performs for decades instead of years.
Casting slab preparation, panel forming, embed and reveal placement, bond breaker application, and finishing for tilt-up construction. We coordinate closely with the crane and erection crew so panels lift clean and on schedule.
Structural concrete poured to engineered drawings and inspected before placement. Spread footings, continuous footings, stem walls, grade beams, pile caps, and equipment pads — formed, reinforced, and placed to tolerance.
A flat slab starts with a flat, compacted subgrade. We handle excavation, fine grading, base rock placement and compaction, vapor barrier installation, and edge forming — documented and verified before a single truck shows up.
Control joints cut on time — not too early, not too late — is the difference between a clean slab and random cracking. We run early-entry and wet saws on a controlled schedule so the slab cracks where we tell it to, not where it wants to.

It's a self-propelled machine with a screed head that references a rotating laser to strike off, vibrate, and level fresh concrete to a set elevation. Because the machine holds grade electronically instead of relying on wet screeds and rails, the slab comes out flatter, faster, and more consistently than traditional methods.
Laser screed placement is most cost-effective on larger pours, but we take on projects of all sizes — including residential flatwork and small commercial slabs — using conventional methods where a screed isn't the right tool. Tell us the scope and we'll recommend the right approach.
Yes. Most of our commercial work comes through GCs, developers, and design-build firms. We carry our own license, bond, and insurance, and can provide certificates, W-9s, and safety documentation on request.
Square footage, slab thickness and spec (including any FF/FL requirements), site address, subgrade condition, and your target schedule. Plans or a spec section help a lot. If you don't have all of that yet, send what you've got — we'll fill in the gaps.
